DISPOSAL OF LAND
In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the
City of Fort St. John
intends to sell the land legally described as That Part of Section 32, Tp. 83, Rge 18, W6M, Peace River District Shown as Closed Road on Plan EPP63141 (Lane Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication Bylaw No. 2326, 2016) to Ditmarsia Holdings for $117,500.00. This parcel of land was previously a road right-of-way which was closed. This land will be amalgamated with adjacent parcels.
