In the matter of the International Business Companies Act, 1994 of the Republic of Seychelles and in the matter of SIGNET CORPORATION, you are hereby informed that since 31st October, 2016 the company has been dissolved under the International Business Companies Act and the said company has been struck off the Register of International Business Companies Dated this 30th November, 2016.
